woman tearfully told a court the moment she discovered her 'boyfriend' was a female friend using a fake penis when they had sex.
Gayle Newland masterminded the bizarre relationship, ordering her victim to wear a blindfold and scarf during a five month period of intercourse, a jury heard.
The 25-year-old wore a swimming costume, wrapped her body in bandages and put a woolly hat on during their love trysts to keep up the disguise, it is alleged.
Newland, of Willaston, Cheshire, allegedly explained her high-pitched voice was because of her half-Philippine and half-Asian heritage.
She denies five counts of sexual assault by penetration, and insists the woman knew she was a woman and they were playing along to a consensual fantasy.

Accused: Gayle Newland leaves Chester Crown Court
Newland, who said her name was Kye Fortune, claimed to be suffering from a tumour and the intensive treatment, and muscle wastage, left him insecure about his appearance, prosecutor Matthew Corbett-Jones said.
But months later, the suspicious victim ripped off her blindfold to see her 'lover' with a prosthetic penis strapped to her body – standing over her, the trial heard.
The woman, who sobbed throughout the two-hour police interview, played at Chester Crown Court, said: "He got to mine and something felt different.

“We had sex and while I was having sex I grabbed for the back of his head and my hand got caught in something.
"Something did not feel right and I sat up in the bed.
“He was standing up and something in my mind said, ‘pull it off, pull it off.’
“I pulled it off and Gayle was standing there with a strap-on on.
“I just couldn't believe it.

“Straight away as soon as I pulled it off she pulled her hat over her face.
“She said, 'it is not what you think.”
The victim ran from her house, in Cheshire, with Newland chasing after her saying she could explain, Mr Corbett-Jones said

The witness added: "Gayle said it was not how it looked.
“I said, ‘you have got a strap-on in your bag. How can it not look like what it is?"'
Hours later, police were called to a canal bridge in Mollington, Cheshire, from which Newland jumped, the jury heard.
In her cop interviews, she added: "I know it sounds pathetic, but I was just so happy at the time because I was in love with this person and we’d built this beautiful relationship.
"It was just based on, you know, our minds and all the other things that we had in common so I just felt grateful that I’d finally got a proper relationship.”
The couple met on regularly at a Travelodge hotel and at the alleged victim's home in 2013, during which she dumped Newland because of his strange behaviour - before he threatened to kill himself, the jury was told.
The pair, who had a long relationship online before meeting up, celebrated birthdays together, it was heard.
The alleged victim added: "I clearly must have been that pathetic that she thought ‘oh yeah, I’m going to do this to this person.'
“I can’t understand why she decided to ruin my life.”
The trial continues.
