Nigerian Striker, Taiwo Awoniyi Joins Liverpool And Then Proceeds On Loan.

Nigerian youth international, Taiwo Awoniyi has completed a move to premier league side, Liverpool and has immediately been loaned out to German side, FSV Frankfurt .The 18-year-old cost the Reds about £400,000.The player who previously represented Imperial Academy in Nigeria spoke to Liverpool’s website afterputting pen to paper. This is the biggest club in the world and I’m privileged to be here.
“I’ll try to develop myself very well so that when I come back to Liverpool I’ll be able to add value to the team “When I’m in the red shirt, I will always give my very best to make the fans happy,” the 18-year-old said.Awoniyi was part of the Nigerian team that won the FIFA U-17 World Cup in 2013.
