Amal Clooney To Replace Donald Trump On Celebrity Apprentice?

Amal Clooney is rumoured to be putting law on hold to turn her talents to telly and replace Donald Trump as the host of Celebrity Apprentice USA.
Genuinely reported in the Sunday Express yesterday (so, it must be true right?!) it’s claimed that George Clooney’s missus is on the shortlist to trump er, Trump who was ironically the one who was ‘fired’ by NBC back in June after he made several derogatory comments about Mexican immigrants

They are apparently looking for a ‘woman that the public respects’ and reckon the human rights lawyer would be a simply perfect fit.
“As well as the cachet of being married to George, she is also a highly respected figure in her field,’ a source told the newspaper.
“Since she rarely says anything in public, there is still something of an air of mystery to her,’ the source added. ‘We think she could be a perfect fit.”

Astoundingly, it’s believed that Amal is actually pretty keen on the idea especially since the show is filmed in New York where she is visiting professor at Columbia Law School.The 37-year-old is also believed to have the backing of her husband, George.A source close to the 54-year-old actor said: “He is all for Amal pursuing her professional life any way she decides.
“They both want children, probably sooner rather than later, but by establishing their bases on either side of the Atlantic and very much streamlining their lives, a TV debut on a show based in New York might very much appeal to Amal.
Also rumoured to be high on the shortlist are Facebook CEO Sheryl Sandburg and Honest company founder, Jessica Alba.
